  Extremely professional and sensitive to the needs of the family. Took the care and time required to make sure everyone was comfortable with the process. Worked around a tight deadline to accommodate the needs of the family.

  I have dealt with customer service all my life and I have to say that I had the best experience working with Miriam and her team. I had many questions about Muslim burials and Miriam was very patient. She answered all of my questions and even provided information that I would not have known about otherwise. The key was being able to get detailed clear answers about all aspects of the service. Since all questions had been answered everything was clear with a distinct timeline. Miriam is very organized and even put together an email for me with timelines , details and instructions; I was able to combine this with my words so that everyone had a clear schedule of the day. It was very well done. I had guidance throughout the day from the lead washer/driver who was very helpful for everything. All family and friends were very pleased!!

  Our family used Janazah Services quit a few times and we are very happy with the all services that they offer. The place is always spotless clean and the people are very friendly and welcoming in the saddest time of any ones time. We highly recommend this place in the time of need for our brothers and sisters.

  Our family had a great experience with Janazah Services. We met with Miriam and she fully and clearly explained what to expect. She was very prompt with her responses and caring towards our family during a time of loss. Overall, we were very happy with the services they offered and we recommend using Janazah Services.

  Janazah services respected my family's wishes in a professional and compassionate manner. Miriam especially went out of her way to accommodate our requests and walked us through what steps were taking place very humbly and calmly. I appreciated the plenty of personal space that was provided yet all the while availing herself readily to any questions or thoughts when we had them at our own time. We trusted Janazah to handle the affairs involving the most precious person in our lives. And Miriam understood what my mother and my family are like, which was very touching.
